Employee Development Program

With more than twenty experienced recruiters, GMS actively recruits safe and reliable professionals to work in the field, using a variety of means including television, radio, newspaper, social media, billboards, job fairs, and more.
GMS contract professionals are thoroughly screened, given complete, up-to-date training, and arrive ready-to-work with all necessary PPE gear. They continue to be vetted collaboratively throughout a three month probationary period, after-which they are eligible to be hired.
